Our psychotherapeutic service provides individual and family psychotherapy, as well as counselling sessions, to anyone living in Malta and Gozo. Sessions are offered free of charge, with donations accepted when possible. Each client is met with professional care and understanding, tailored to their specific emotional and behavioural needs. The therapeutic process is grounded in respectful communication and a warm, nurturing approach that fosters trust and empathy. Through ongoing support, clients are encouraged to strengthen their skills in areas that matter to them, with the ultimate aim of developing greater autonomy and independence in all aspects of their lives.
Children and young people who attend our therapy service are offered a safe and supportive space where they can share their feelings and experiences. Through the sessions, they are gently guided to understand their emotions, build healthy ways of coping with difficulties, and strengthen their confidence. The service also supports them in improving their relationships with family and friends, while encouraging them to discover their own abilities and make positive choices. Overall, the focus is on helping each child feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow in a healthy and independent way.
Our service is open to children and young people of all ages. Any child can benefit from the support we offer. For those under 18, sessions can only take place with the signed consent of a parent or legal guardian.
