Explore more is Career Education/Guidance tool helping students ages 11 – 16 years in exploring themselves, widening career options, acquiring occupational related information and plan their education path. To make this possible the online site has various tools incorporated, including videos with first-hand testimony from the people who work in the industry, the different career paths and post-secondary courses that option subjects can lead to and a short quiz which helps students identify the work sector/subjects of their interest.  There is information for parents/guardians, educators and students. The website has 4 main functions:

1. Quiz:  The student has the possibility to do a quiz which will give an indication on the industries that he/she needs to look closer on.  The questions of the quiz are based on Howard Gardener 8 multiple intelligences.  The result of the quiz is devised in a way to encourage the students to explore more their possibilities

2. Video Browsing:  The student has the possibility to browse through the 90 videos of different trades and professions. The videos give an idea about the nature of the work and skills/qualifications needed for the particular profession/trade.

3. Interactive map by industries:  the student is invited to interact with the information through an interactive map.  The map consists of the 13 industries which all the job profiles are categorised under.

4. Search engine:  The student has the possibility to search in terms of course, subject and profession.  Therefore, for those students who are aware of the preferences can directly learn more about the jobs linked with the profession/trade of their choice.  All the professions have linked to them the courses needed at a higher level.
