The Profiling & Guidance Services at The Lino Spiteri Foundation are designed to support the entry or re-entry of persons with disabilities into inclusive and sustainable employment. These services provide a comprehensive and personalised assessment of each individual’s skills, capabilities, preferences, and support needs through regular appointments with an assigned Profiling & Guidance Executive. Our goal is to match individuals with meaningful work opportunities in inclusive environments where they can thrive.
Our Profiling & Guidance Services include several key components:
· Individual assessment, career planning, and goal setting
· Vocational profiling and identification of support needs
· Guidance and referrals for relevant support services
· Employer engagement and collaboration
· Ongoing monitoring and job carving
These services are designed to empower persons with disabilities to pursue fulfilling careers, promote workplace diversity and inclusion, and facilitate better job matching — ultimately reducing turnover while increasing independence and social participation.
The Profiling & Guidance team works closely with the Corporate Relations team, who engage with employers across Malta and Gozo to develop and adapt sustainable roles that best align with the abilities and aspirations of each individual.
