The Free SEC Preventive Revision Classes are a government initiative co-funded by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) and the Maltese Government, delivered by Jobsplus under the Youth Guarantee project. The scheme provides free, intensive revision support to young people aged 15 to 29 who did not achieve the required level in their SEC (O-Level) exams during the May 2026 session and intend to sit resits in September 2026. The programme has supported over 6,000 students since its launch and receives over 850 applications annually. Classes run for 5 weeks, 3 times per week, totalling 6 hours per subject per week, and are delivered by qualified and experienced teachers. Free past papers and study materials are provided to all participants.

Youth between the age of 15 and 29 who in the May 2026 session sat for the Level 2-3 paper or Level 3-3* (in the case of Maths) and did not achieve a Level 3 OR attained a U OR were absent are eligible to apply for the SEC Revision Classes.
