Overview

The European Youth Card (EYCA Digital Card) is a free digital card administered in Malta by Aġenzija Żgħażagħ — Malta's National Youth Agency — as part of the European Youth Card Association (EYCA) network, which operates across 40 countries. The card is designed to promote youth mobility, increase access to information, and encourage the participation of young people in cultural, educational, and travel opportunities both locally and across Europe. It is available free of charge to all young people aged 13 to 30 residing in Malta, regardless of nationality. Upon applying, cardholders receive an invitation email with instructions on how to download the EYCA app, which is available for both Android and iOS devices.
