Entry into state schools.
Eligible applicants:
i) Students between 3 and 15 years
ii) Out of locality
iii) Foreign students
iv) Students from church schools or independent schools.

Same locality registrations: Please submit form to the office of the Head of School
Middle/Secondary School registrations: Please submit form at the Office of the Head of College Network.
Out of locality/catchment area registrations: Please submit registration for at the Office of the Head of College Network
TCN students: Please register with the International Learners Directorate.
If the student is a TCN parents visit MES one-stop shop.
One-stop shop personnel check that that parents have the necessary work permits.
One-stop shop personnel delegates the process to ILD for registration should all the documentation presented be satisfactory.

Transfers of Students
Parents need to visit the school to register the child if they changed residence’s locality and have been living in Malta for 11 years.
Parents need to visit the HOCn office to transfer child from a church, independent or state school.
Parents need to visit the HOCn office if they wish to transfer child from one school to another within the same College.
Parents need to provide evidence such as ID cards, and in certain cases rent agreement and latest ARMS bill.
The registration form is to be filled in by the parents and endorsed by the HOCn.
The form is passed on to the respective school by the HOCn.
